Lower roof edge / drip condition
EAVE
Finishes the lower roof edge and helps direct water away from the roof assembly.
Rake edge / gable condition
GABLE
Protects the gable edge while creating a clean finished metal roof perimeter.
Roof peak or hip condition
Ridge / Hip
Caps the meeting point of roof planes and helps finish the roof system at high points.
Factory-assisted gable condition
Pre-Applied Gable
A gable condition designed for faster installation and a consistent finished edge.
Panel termination / closure
ZEE
Provides support and termination detail often used to close or transition panel runs.
Roof-to-wall side condition
RAKEWALL
Flashes the sidewall/rakewall condition where metal roofing meets a vertical surface.
